COME TO THE EXHIBITION: 35 Years of the Vatreni

35 years of passion and pride – an exhibition celebrating unforgettable moments in Croatian football.
30.10.2025

It has been 35 years since the Croatian national football team played its first match. In honor of the Vatreni and their unforgettable moments, City Center one West, in collaboration with the Croatian Football Federation, is hosting a pop-up museum from November 3 to 15. The exhibition takes you through the most emotional moments of Croatian football – from historic goals to victories that united the nation.

Croatia played its first official match in 1990 against the USA. Relive that historic moment through the original ticket and match poster. The jersey from 1998 brings back memories of the days when Croatia stepped onto the world stage – a bronze medal with golden shine, the pride of a generation, and the moment the Vatreni won the hearts of the world. In 2018, Russia witnessed the greatest success in Croatian football history. The exhibition features the ball from the final match, a signed captain’s armband, and Subašić’s gloves and boots.

All this is just a small part of football history waiting for you at City Center one West, every day from 9 AM to 9 PM, until November 15.

Come and see jerseys, photographs, and exhibits that tell a story of passion, perseverance, and pride.

See you there!
