Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used in stores, service facilities, cafés and restaurants of City Center one. Pursuant to their business decisions, some City Center one stores do not accept gift vouchers. The list of those stores can be found below.

Gift vouchers can only be collected at the Information Desk in City Center one West, Jankomir 33, 10000 Zagreb. Vouchers can be picked up personally or by a person whose name you can specify in the final step of the online purchase.
