Flour from her own mill, water from a well, homemade yeast, salt, and hardworking hands full of love would knead the best dough for pizza — your grandma’s dough. Then, she would use a baking sheet or pan, whatever it was called, to shape the dough, add toppings according to desires and availability, and bake the pizza in a wood-fired oven that would cause a real battle among your family members for every piece of that love. At Grandma Fogg’s, they have their own flour recipe, technology, and an unlimited amount of love that drives them to recreate that experience with every bite of their products, bringing joy to us all. They have modernized the dough recipe and extended the fermentation process to a full 10 days to ensure it is of the highest quality, both organoleptically and gastroenterologically.
