THE MOST DELICIOUS PIZZA IN TOWN

If we were to highlight a few notes about the offerings at Grandma Fogg’s restaurant, we’d have to dig deep into childhood memories where you’d find the perfect pizza—the one your grandmother used to make. Flour from her own mill, water from the well, homegrown yeast, and salt, kneaded with loving, hardworking hands into the best pizza dough—your grandmother’s dough.

She would then use a baking sheet, a pan, or whatever you called it, to mold the dough, add toppings based on desires and availability, and bake the pizza in a wood-fired oven that would make your household fight for every piece of that love. In the newly opened restaurant on the 1st floor of the food court at the Center, you’ll find a selection of 18 different pizzas made with the finest ingredients, such as wild boar mortadella with truffles, friarielli cream, and datterini tomatoes.

THE JUICIEST CHEVAP BY CHEF DUJE PISAC

Chevap by chef Duje Pisac is a favorite foodie destination that elevates the traditional ćevap to a gourmet level with its quality and performance. Visit the newly opened restaurant in the foodcourt on the Centers first floor! Chef Duje created a unique chevap made of premium meat and spices, baked in a specific way, which received the epithet “the best ćevap in Croatia” in a short time.

The simplicity of the menu is based on outstanding ingredients, not passing trends. The best quality beef meat from three selected positions was aged for 21 days in a dry chamber, and only flor de sal from Pag was used as a spice. A five or ten in a bun is accompanied by top-quality toppings: the best kajmak on the market, ajvar made from pure paprika and onions aged for 12 hours in acid water. In addition to ćevapčići, chef Duje at Chevap also serves two types of extraordinary burgers that are served with delicious “fried” potatoes.
