That’s why City Center one East, in collaboration with Farmacia pharmacy, has prepared a series of free check-ups and consultations with experts, which will be a great starting point for assessing your overall health.

So, on Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st, you’ll have the opportunity to consult with a dermatologist, get free measurements of blood sugar, cholesterol, and triglycerides, and check your vitamin and mineral status. In addition, you can also get a free anthropometric measurement with an Omron scale and a cardiology consultation.

You’ll receive all your results recorded on a special card so you can have them “on hand” for your next doctor’s visit.

• 2:30 PM – 9 PM: Anthropometric measurement with Omron scale (Dietary-nutritional counseling) and cardiology consultation (blood pressure measurement, heart ECG, and blood oxygen saturation)
• 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Cardiologist consultation – by prior appointment at the location or by calling 021 373 739
• 10 AM – 8 PM: Vitamin and mineral status measurement – Terranova
• 9 AM – 9 PM: Skincare promotion and consultation – Isdin
