IKEA has opened its Collection Point at City Center one, making their solutions more accessible and approachable to their customers.

From now on, they will be able to collect the products they had previously ordered online or purchased at the IKEA Department store in Zagreb.

Split Collection Point will in this way considerably shorten delivery times, and their buyers will be able to collect their products at their City Center one.

IKEA Collection Point Split provides only collection of purchased items, and the customers will be assisted by five IKEA employees. Product collection procedure is simple, and it is done in two steps.

It is first necessary to order the products through the IKEA web shop or purchase them at the IKEA Department store in Zagreb, and the customers are then able to choose the collection option at the City Center one Collection Point. After the goods have been delivered to the Collection Point, the customer receives the message that they are ready to be collected within the next three days within the IKEA Collection Point opening hours – from Monday to Friday 12 noon to 8 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM, Sunday from 9 AM to 7 Pm.

*Goods collection costs at the centre amount to 99.00 kuna for orders up to 1000 kilograms in weight.
