We all know love is the secret ingredient of any successful dish. However, knowing certain tricks can come in handy when you try turning everyday meals into unreal delicacies. This weekend, March 11 and 12, don’t miss out on the City Kitchen where you will discover great masters’ little secrets.

The star of culinary workshops on Saturday, March 11, will be a man who needs no introduction, Tomislav Špiček! At 11 am, he will start preparing sauerkraut with pork in a wine sauce and baked mashed potatoes with Parmesan cheese on the side. You’ll be able to spot him again at 5 pm when he will take his place at the counter to prepare a mouth-watering dessert – a carob muffin with red wine, cinnamon, and cloves. In addition to having the opportunity to taste all these masterpieces, you will also hear great advice that will surely be useful when preparing your next meal.

At 11 am on Sunday, March 12, Stjepan Vukadin will take over to prepare a cuttlefish ragu, polenta, and polenta chips. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it? That same day, at 5 pm, Damir Tomljanović will step in to show you how to prepare the perfect beetroot risotto with a small twist – bacon chips. Of course, both chefs will readily reveal little secrets of the trade to help you proudly prepare and serve these delicacies to your guests.
