Make sure to visit the holiday edition of your favourite culinary workshops next weekend.

Preparations for the most magical time of the year have officially begun! And before delicious holiday scents fill your home, stop by City Center one on 2 and 3 December for additional inspiration.

This year’s final edition of City Kitchen highlights the delicacies which will add a special flavour to the upcoming holidays – as a combination of traditional and modern dishes prepared by the most famous Croatian chefs.

On Saturday, 2 December from 11 AM, Tomislav Špiček will prepare something quite traditional: yummy dumplings made of wheat semolina and plums in butter with fried breadcrumbs, cream and vanilla. In the afternoon, from 5 PM, Damir Tomljanović will pick up the baton and show us how to give the holiday table a modern touch with cod croquettes, garlic and chili aioli, and pickled beet brunoise.

On Sunday, 3 December from 11 AM, Stjepan Vukadin will inspire you with breaded black risotto, hot sauce and pumpkin cream – and if the name doesn’t give it away, this is a modern dish full of flavour. Melkior Bašić takes the stage from 5 PM. He will prepare a traditionally good dish: slow-roasted loin, mushroom ragu, dark sauce and potato espuma with chive.

We do not even have to say that everyone who visits the City Kitchen will get to enjoy these incredible flavours. See you at City Pazar this weekend!
